Default PC v and adjusting tune

I had an Indy in saginaw texas put a pv5, vance and Hines power duels and slip ons and a Big sucker air cleaner on my 2103 road king way back in 2013. It runs well and i am happy with it EXCEPT it seems to idle hot(lean) and goes in eitms pretty quick. I would like the ability to adjust or auto tune idle but I did not get the cable that goes with the pcv. What do I need to purchase to be able to look at the tune and possibly make an idle adjustment? I have read and viewed alot of information regarding this but would like some advice from the guys who play with this stuff regularly.
