Default Pro street tuner

Just bought a 17SGS M8.

Does anyone know if the street tuner will be able to adjust enough for a set of slipons and a K&N filter in the stock air box?

I want to keep it "legal" until the warranty expires but really don't want the street cannons.

Thanks!

Sure, just by selecting the appropriate HD mapping in the list which is has your upgrades/ mods. And if you want to be sure to keep your warranty you better let the HD shop do it for you. You will pay extra but you will keep your warranty.

I meant to say aftermarket slipons.

And to require the dealer to install pre-made maps to keep the warranty seems ridiculous!
From what I understand about this tuner you cannot adjust afr out of epa specs
, thats why I want to be sure it will work with pipes other than hd's.

Indeed, the only thing that needs to be changed/adjusted are the VE-tables. And for that you can use the auto tune function. As I said in the mapping list you will find a mapping with some free flow parts from SE, Like free flow AC and race slip ons. That will be a good map to start with, and take it from there. In the screamin Eagle catalog it states that this tuner will retain yr warranty.

No requirement to let the dealer do the work...only that the work is done correctly......

YMMV
