Decel popping

2012 ultra classic 96 cu. Arlen Ness air filter, freedom performance pipes, Reinhart racing tips, Daytona twin tec tuner. Recommended parameter 9 set to 0 . Getting decel pop at closed throttle under 2150 rpms. Any suggestions?

Set your BLM at 0 where TPS is 0% and rpm 2150 and decrease the AFR in and around those cells.
