I installed a SE 103" kit with the SE 255 cams and the SE air breather, kept the stock header and added Fuel-Moto dyno-tuned slash down slip-ons with 2" baffles on my 08 EGC which had the stock 96", also kept the stock heads but added manual comp. releases, also installed a PC-V tuner(no auto-tune) from Fuel-Moto and removed the 02 sensors. The PC-V came with a pre-loaded map from Fuel-Moto for my set-up, bike runs good but fuel mileage is only 28-31 MPG. Also tried the 15-011-138 map from the Dynojet website, bike runs OK but fuel mileage is still low at 30-32 MPG. Neither of these maps show anything at all in the timing tables, they're all at 0, and I've heard that having a proper timing map does better to help MPG than just lowering the fuel tables in the cruising range, so I'm looking for a PC-V map with a timing chart that would work with these SE 255 cams on the 103" B/B kit, I tried one from a 103" map with other cams and fuel mileage did go up, but I had bad pinging when taking off or bleeping the throttle so I had to go back to the orig. map that the PC-V came with. Any help would be appreciated.

 

the best thing for you to do is take your bike to a reputable tuner and have it tuned. canned maps and maps from someone else's bike will never be as good as having what you have properly tuned.

I was talking to a mechanic that also has a 103 and did the 255 cams with powervision. He said the way to properly tune bike is with the wideband 02 sensors. I am going this route on my bike as well. Hope this helps a little.
