Default PV - new pipe, autotune existing tune or start from scratch?

Bike is a '16 Low Rider S - 110SE motor, heavy breather elite a/c. Power Vision tuner.

Had a Fuelmoto e-series 2:1 exhaust, which was very nice, but I wanted a better/louder sound. Read about a new pipe - Red Thunder. Basically a thunderheader copy made from stainless steel and improved tuning, with slightly less then the usual ear splitting thunderheader volume, and supposed slightly better performance. Feels good so far.

I had a good tune with the E-series which was spot on for their pipe. I'm wondering if I should stick with that tune and just run some autotunes to adjust VE's for the new pipe, or if I should just start from scratch which is not specifically for my pipe, but "close".

Both pipes are 2:1, the E-series was closed end with supertrapp style discs, the Red Thunder is pretty much identical to an original TH (equal length pipes, etc)

I won't be able to get to a dyno to check AFR's for a month or so, so I wanted the best I could do until then.

Thoughts?

Thanks

Since autotune will overwrite the cells you hit in the VE tables, i does not really matter which VE tables you start from.
As long as you hit as many cells as possible.
