I have a 2012 Road glide ultra 103 with the SE CNC stage 4 heads 58mm throttle body, S&S 570 cam Fulsac pipes SE air cleaner S&S lifters, I had this dyno tuned last here and it put out a really good 110hp which was more than I expected, it ran perfect with better than stock gas mileage but always had a rough idle unless it was really hot. I tried to get it back to the tuner but he seems to be MIA. So I started to use flight recorder but it has been getting worse and worse and now it is rougher than ever and actually quits several times until it gets really warm, not sure what to do from here. Cruising and full throttle it runs great.

your best bet would be to find another competent tuner and ask him to test and maybe adjust your warm up fueling tables. this is an adjustment that can be done without affecting the way the bike runs overall, just how it transitions from cold start to fully warmed up.
