Like I said earlier, when I looked at the tune in WinPV, closed loop was turned on but also ignored. And when I looked in Quick Tune on the PV, closed loop was not checked. So today I checked the box for closed loop in quick tune and went for several rides and have not had the code come back yet. I'm not sure if the PV4 has something similar to quick tune, but I would look there first. If not, go into WinPV and make sure closed loop is enabled and not "ignored" and reflash your tune.
Ignored in the software means when the tune is written back to the ECM, that setting will not be changed. Whatever is in the ECM will stay. You have to check the box to no longer ignore that setting for it to be "respected" when the tune is flashed to the ECM, if you wish to change that parameter.
If all else fails call Dynojet. If necessary, they can take over the installed? PowerCore software PC computer to go in and check out the calibration setup and PV 4 settings. That way they have control to figure out the issue(s).
IME very few tuners like or willing to tune using PV4. That said, a tuner can send the tuning license from the PV4 to a PV2, which is much more tuner-friendly than the PV3 or 4.
Let us know what you find as the problem. You are missing a portion of the tuning by not utilizing the O2 sensor that compensate for different fuel blends found from one station to another as found all over the country.
