Hey guys, we came to the Keys this past March. The info y'all gave me was spot on. We (my wife and I and another couple) are looking at doing the trip again. Flying down from VA and renting a bike and staying a couple of days in the keys. While in the airport another biker and I was talking and he was telling us the last of October, first of November would not be a good time because of the crazy things going on. So my question is when is the best time between Oct and Nov to avoid this, and was his info correct? Thanks for you help.

 

That's the time of year it's starting to get busy, google events in KW there must be a calendar on line somewhere. Riding there and back early in the day is your best bet for avoiding traffic.
