...it might be a decent day for a ride in Tampa Bay today. It'll probably be ***** hot with about 95% humidity but only about a 15-20% chance for rain. I think I'll take a ride - to some place that has A/C.

 

Sounds like a plan trying to get the wifey out for a ride today myself.

 

We've had no rain for a few days, I rode Friday night, yesterday and today. And will all week to work.

 

Met at friends house in Apollo Beach at 930 and rode down to Boca Grande and went to a little joint called "South Beach". Right on the water looking over the Pass. Headed back around 1:00 and caught a good rain at Ellenton. Was in a moderate( for Floridians) rain all the way up to Riverview. My Lord, people don't know how to drive......

 

Yup I got caught in that Riverview toad choker also. You're right about the drivers. Three times people passed me then cut right in front of me to change lanes like I wasn't even there. It's like they were in a hurry to pass me and then slow down.

 

What I'm talking about are the idiots driving in the middle lane at 40mph with their flashers on( against the law, BTW). I was actually glaring at them as I was along side of them.
