Got to get them in when the getting is good. Beautiful day. Did a big loop from here in Ormond Beach South to Osteen, down and around West to Sandford, continued NW over to Sminole Springs, back N/E to Deland, up North to 11 & SR40 and back home. With XM playing in the helmet it was a very nice gentle 3 hour/120 mile ride.

From Atlantic Beach, met my bud in Ponte Vedra, across the St Johns River to Green Cove Springs, Palatka, then to St Augustine and back home. Stopped at the Cheyenne Saloon, did 100 on 100 and then Kings Head Pub for a bite and a Black and Tan. Started in a sweatshirt but got down to a T-shirt later. About 175 miles, perfect riding weather

After the storm clouds passed late this AM, the sky brightened up and Temps got up into the low 70's. Other than the gusty winds it was a beautiful day for a ride. Did not have a lot of time so just did a short hour and a half ride out an about to blow the stink off and get a little wind therapy.

Weather predictions for the next two days are for it to be sunny but a little cooler. Looks like might be nice enough to get some riding in before rain on Sunday. Might do the HOG lunch ride to 3 Banana's Tomorrow.

Talking

I rode to work the last couple of days. Not very exotic but I did get to try out the new WHIM I installed Saturday.

Perfect riding weather? Not today.

I was out and about then started down to Bass Pro shops in Dania Beach when I was hit with a deluge.

It must have been a very high cloud because the rain was incredibly cold. Unusually cold especially for down here in South Florida.

It was such a heavy rain (and I love riding in rain) I knew I-95 South was going to be a parking lot. So, another day… It will be.
