I can’t imagine what you guys think of the dealers you bought your cars from lol

 

I realize this is an old post but in all fairness to Rock Star Harley I needed to update it.

Got a safety recall on my 19 that involved the traction control. Since Rock Star is much closer to me than Port Charlotte I thought I would bite the bullet and try to get it in before Christmas to have it taken care of.

Gal in service was great. She told me since it was only a software update fix she could get me in that afternoon.

I showed up and was in and out in about an hour. I noticed several things while wondering through the dealership. Most of the old employees are gone. The ones I chatted with seemed very professional and friendly. Just based on what I observed in this short visit I will probably give them another shot for my business.

 

I personally really like the place. When in service try to use service rep Tina, she gets things done, at least in my experience.

 

Yep, Tina W. is who handled the appointment and who I talked to when I got there. 100% professional and helpful.

 

Had to give Rockstar a fair shake...My bike began making a odd ticking noise. Took it in to RoackStar since I was very near by. Something let loose and trashed the cam plate, oil pump, and a few other things. So far everything has been great with them.
