If your going up 19 you might not see any. Maybe!!!

I stopped for gas at Pilot at I-75 & 52 last week. Vehicles were coming in off 75 covered with love bugs. Don't know if they were going north or southbound.

I went to WPB last weekend, got hit by maybe 25. Luckily we also hit heavy rain so most got washed away.

We rarely see them here in the Panhandle thank gawd. I grew up in Central Florida and remember how vile those useless bugs are.

I spray my windshied with warm water then lay on paper towels and spray again. Let sit for 3 to 5 minutes with a quick spray now and then. Remove paper towels, wipe dry with a soft towel.and the bugs come right off. No rubbing, no chemicals.

I rode up the Hernando County yesterday and came home with quite a few smashed on the front. I saw some trucks that were just plastered with them. The key to riding is go early before it warms up. I didn’t see any until 10am on the way home.

Coming from Leesburg Bikefest back to Tampa Sunday the bike was covered and I got an extra dose of protein from eating them.

We are in the area in a rental car. Drive through the inland area of Port St. Lucie, and had to stop at a gas station to clean off my windshield.
