I was wondering if anyone was interested in riding to V-Twins bar in palmbay tomorrow (Sun 8-29). I need to get out for a few hours. This cancer thing is getting to me.

I had to go to Melbourne yesterday for some Mommy-do's....finished up early enuff that I was allowed out...went riding...and stopped in at V Twins Bar and Grill...soon as I shut the bike off I heard the music...doo wop kinda stuff...then I started looking a bit closer....mostly old,,,and I mean older than me people's sitting around...looked like a Fossil convention....upon further inspection I realized there were no other bikes there...maybe it was just Dinosaur Friday night...but I never got off the scoot just pushed her back,lit the engine and down the road I went...BTW it's north of Palm Bay on US 1 I would call it Melbourne actually....BUT...it couldn't hurt to check it out again...also theres a place a bit south of there called Mo's ...it's at Malabar Rd and US 1...it seems like a bit more of a "biker" oriented place, had a burger and a couple beers...it's an old house turned into a bar...nice ambiance...only draw back is no A/C inside...but then again Earls has no A/C either...I'm sure Dennis (dedjr67) is familiar with it..(Dennis sorry I didn't call yall...(seems I don't have your phone#)....finished off the night at a joint even further north than V Twin...it's called "The Wet Spot" typical local bar..couple of bikes our front..not a bad place...

 

I just spoke to Jeff and we are going to meet up at the Hess station on North US#1 and A1A at 10:00 am. We are going up North A1A. Nice ride. Anyone from the south who wants to meet up let us know. We'll wait for ya. I think my son is coming with us. It'll be cool having him with me for a change.

 

Wish I could go with ya Murph! I gotta work tomorrow! I need a good ride. Can't wait for Ocala!

Well, Fl Jeff and I are meeting up in Fort Pierce around 10:00 am heading north on A1A. Google maps says it will take 1 hour 8 minutes to get there. So let's say a 11:00-11:30 am meet up time (Just in case I need to stop at Starbucks on the way).
