Leesburg Bikefest
 

I guess this is really not to early as the Leesburg Bikefest that is traditionally held the last full weekend of April has been moved to the second weekend of April due to Easter.

Unfortunately due to this change I will not make it this year.

Just Sayin,

Never been before but I have time off from the 8th and don't need to be back at work until the following Thursday. Wife is out of town visiting relatives too, so a nice ride would be right up my alley.

Anyone going, if so what days?

I'll be there probably not on Saturday. Not unless they expand it quite a bit to help with the crowds.

I will just be getting back from Spring Break so couldn't pull the time off.

1of2, if you go one block south on Magnolia it is like a different world. Park at the Police Dept for free.

I'm glad they changed the date, because I'm gonna be getting twisted the last week in April.
Won't be able to do the full weekend thing like my wife wanted(B&B in Mt. Dora) but I might be able to swing a daytrip.

Two of the shows will be the "wall of death" just like last year, but this year they will have Guinness world record for the most people on one motorcycle doing a wheely, "Team Extreem" a motorcycle stunt and exhibition team.

Park on main street for free too. No one will mess with your stuff, too many people walking around. People are always coming and going and it's easy to find a spot. Even near the stage...

Sounds like a good time and good ride, planning now.

The wife and I plan on riding over on Saturday the 9th from the Tampa area if anyone cares to meet up.
