Default Welcome to the Fl Crew Please Introduce Yourself

New and old members - say hi, where you live, what you ride, what you do.

Start a new thread to post your rides if you'd like company or if you'd like to meet for a ride, tell everyone about events coming up, roads you've ridden, suggest places to go, event reports, recommend dealerships and indy's, post pics of your bike/family/garage.

Our motto here is No Rules Just Ride.

Live in Miami but let's say I fell more comfortable in Broward. I have been on this board for a while, but this my first Harley, rode sport bikes for the last 15+ years (Remember the "Hurricane" and when the "Ninja" first came out? Lol.

Roads to ride? Not much to ride in south Florida but I do manage to do a lot of riding.

Thanks for kicking off this thread.
I'm Lauren, from England but I've been in Delray for almost 10 years. I have a 12 Heritage Classic and an 02 Heritage Springer. I'm on one of the bikes as much as I can, I work part time, kids are grown, life is good.

Looks like I am all alone on the gulf side, I used to live in Miami, but now reside in St. Pete Beach... I am now a PT DVM and also have a FT job elsewhere...The benefits far outweigh being the owner of a clinic..My newest edition to the stable is a 13 SG...
Always wanted one of them and now its my choice of sleds... Hopefully some of you might pop up on my side...The name is AJ or Doc......Have a good day all....

Petdoc, You are not alone, Carolyn (also a DVM) and I live right up the road in Port Richey. I can tick off a few dozen members in the Tampa Bay area right off the top of my head.

In a few weeks I plan to ride up and take Motorman's Ride Like a Pro class in Tampa. Maybe we should set up a HDForum day for the class.

However, even though I've been riding 32 years and fancy myself a decent pilot, the class could be embarrassing so perhaps we don't want to do it with anyone we know! LOL I just bought some rear crash bars, hope I don't need them, but I'm going to install them just in case.
