I don't deal with dead beats that don't want to pay their bill. Tech support and sales is enough around here. Not naming any names but I deal with people that have no business working on a motorcycle.

I think (to myself) yep you have been screwing up peoples bikes for 30 years.

The best response I ever heard was from my ole partner James. Customer called him with a problem, James diagnosed over the phone. Customer said his dealer told him that's not the problem. James told the end customer to tell the dealer to weld his tool box shut and go home.
