Just seeing what's going on before I hit the road. It's "help other people when I'm swamped with my own stuf" day.

Ok, I checked, I have the A! 1911 with is (I think) a previous model of the 9mm DA/SA pistol.
The A1 is a pretty nice pistol for a 9mm with the SA/DA trigger..if you can deal with the first trigger pull, but it has the upgraded trigger so it isn't to bad.
Rumor has it, the P226 may not be the best choice, but I'd put that as personal opinion as I don't think Sig really makes a bad gun, least for the most part.

Both seem a bit large for a carry gun, but I carry a Sig Ultra Compact .45 acp which is a bit smaller.
I use the A1 as a home defense gun, and general plinking as the .45 isn't pleasant to use as a range gun.

Pretty good, your phy ed coming along ok I hope.

Not doing much, just enjoying retirement and cleaning the garage.
Lakes are ice free now so getting the boat ready, bike needs to be cleaned and prob a oil change, but hope to get it out soon also.
Probably last year for it.
