I heard an HD Service Bulletin has been issued for those boots, and they highly recommend that you return them to the dealer.
They won't fix or replace them however, they will just take away about 4 hours of your time, feed you some goofy bs, then you are free to take your dam boots and get the hell out. Next break down of your boots are on you, not HD.

 

Harley boots are sold by Wolverine, and they have no idea what REALLY goes on with bikes. You'll void the bike's warranty if you leave the orange ones in. Get 'em outta there, and put the black ones in before it's too late. No need to thank me.
