Thanks guyz, not anything I did or am doing, following docs orders as much as possible. Don't know why the shoulders are knotting up so bad but I don't know how many more times I can deal with that. It makes me think the worst but tomorrow I will see the doc and she may have some answers for me.

Doing things the hard way again, I see. More seriously, hope the result is worth it. You've sure suffered enough getting it down. I topped 250 for the first time a few weeks ago, and I'm feeling it. I really need to do something about that, don't want to wait till it's going to bring about something that hurts.

 

Just think, You'll get a new wardrobe if you keep it up!

 

Pffft.. Jenny Craig is for sissies... better to have some one knife you to knock down your appetite and how you how easy it is to quit usin the feed bag!
