Shitty part is that it will be raining all day. But the beer is free and I get mileage and meals.
One of my closest friends, rest his soul, was born and raised in Tulare. His family farmed there. Andy became a very successful attorney and was a part of a very famous Supreme Court case Wellenkamp vs. Bank of America. It dealt with the due on sale clause when you purchased a home with an existing mortgage and assumed the payments without the consent of the lender. At the time Andy was a young and coming lawyer in the office of Fred Crane, who made a career out of that one case.
