I'm guessing it's because of fumes (bad air) in the tunnels. No idea about the overpass?

They don't write laws here telling you what you are allowed to do, only what you are prohibited from. I don't need a law telling me I can go use the bathroom, or that I can stand up and walk through a door in 4 minutes. Do you see how laws telling you what you can do could quickly become a problem?

Lol don't worry, they just impound your bike and you have to get it next day or give you a ticket .
