I just found this thread in the forum and just happened to sign up yesterday. If it wasn't for my work schedule, I'd be on a flag line tomorrow.

http://www.patriotguardks.org/
This is where it all started in Mulvane, Ks., by Darkhorse's wife. I have been a member since the start. I am currently still serving and feel that since I was able to come home alive. It is the least I can do to honor my brothers and sisters who gave the ultimate price to defend and protect.

Default 75th Ranger Regiment MC

Have recently started a nation wide MC called Killer Mans Son. It's an all 75th RGR RGT MC also including direct family members. I am sure ther are several memebers of the patriot guard that are ex Regiment. If so and you would like more info about joining let me know. We have started up to raise money for injured rangers and their family's. You don't have to have a chopper to join any bikers welcome. We are looking for more brothers to ride with. RLTW

Just signed up for the PGR. Hopefully, will be able to participate.
As a veteran, I have always appreciated what the riders do and the way they represent the best of us all with dignity.

To My neighbors to the south.... I congratulate you. I only wish I could take part. Keep up the great work!! I am sincere when I say I wish we had the patriotism that Americans have.

Up here our Manitoba Premier Greg Selinger paid our veterans the ultimate insult when he decreed that children in Manitoba schools were now permitted to opt out of Remembrance Day observances if they so desired. Specifically he said, “We have religious freedom in Canada and if there’s a very specific reason why people, for religious purposes, don’t want their children (to attend), that is an option that they have.”

My wife is from Winnipeg! That's amazing. But I would put it past Obama to do the same thing. He has shown his true colors by allowing our patriots and citizens to be killed in Libya.

Whether a sad occasion or happy, PGR duties ALWAYS leave a lump in my throat and tears on my cheeks.

You can't say it any better than the above sentence whether it's a welcome home or a grave site service when you stand a flagline for a brother or sister you better wear sunglasses if you don't want people to see you with tears in your eyes. Our group here in AZ forms a circle holds hands and plays Lee Greenwood's song and I have heard it about 100 times and I still tear up for what it means. Don't even get me started about the tears when taps are played and if it's a funeral with bagpipes I really have a hard time.
