Default Flag Mounts

OK, been riding with the PGR for a couple of years and am tired of riding in the back of the formation. I would like to see pictures of your setups for 3x5 flags, especially ones that you have fabricated yourselves. Multiple flags or single that hold up going down the hiway.
Of course I would like to have something that I could switch from bike to bike, but that may be asking a bit much.
All pics would be appreciated.

Mine is for a Softail, but should give you some ideas. Here is how I made it.

And here is what it looks like on the bike. I actually made a couple changes and mounted a support brace system for the really windy days.

Check out the one from the Superbrace folks. That's one on my Dyna. Two flags. Easy license plate install.

Thanks for the responses guys. Talldog, the luggage rack mount is pretty much what I'm looking for. What I would like to do is try to make something that will swap from the FXR to the Ultra.
dFREDb, I am looking to run a 3x5 flag and already have ways to mount the little flags. Those tag mounts really are slick but just not what I'm looking for at this time.

Lakerat,

Designing a mount that will work on both of those bikes is gonna be tough. Might have to make a mount for each bike, or just using one bike for missions.

Not saying it can't be done though, where there's a will, there's a way.

Good luck.

Thanks Talldog, both bikes have a luggage rack and if I keep looking at pictures, surely I can find something that will give me the inspiration. Went through about 24 pages on national site and saw pretty much the same thing over and over.
I usually ride drag with the FXR by choice because it's pretty loud, so if it becomes necessary to decide between the two the Ultra will get the mount

Default Look what My Friend Gary Made For ME

Can you Tell I am really Happy? Look below to see what My Friend
Gary made for me. Gary is an absolute Genius!
He knew that I wanted to have a flag Pole mount for my PGR rides,
and he also knew that the Rivco wouldn't work because of the filler
strips I have. I would have had to Notch them, and that would have ruined them ofcourse. So gary has been working hard on this for the last week and a half . He Picked up my Bike around noon today
and delivered it a few hours later.

So here are the photos. and As has been said. a picture is worth a thousand words.

Gary Thank you again! You made my Day, and Enjoy the Ouzo, You deserve it.

Funny you sould say that, I was just thinking about that, and my Friend Gary sends me an email says be careful pulling into the garage, and now you say the same thing. I should Really better park in the driveway first .

Thanks for the Heads up.

Abe,

Not sure if this will work for you, but I was able to cut off some of the pole so that the Flag still doesn't touch the ground and the top of the pole just clears the garage door. Just a thought.
