2006 Road Glide 30k Maintenance
 

Got a bud who rides a 2006 Road Glide. Hes at the 30k miles and ready for maintenance. He just got the bike 5k miles ago and doesnt have a manual.

Can anyone give a quick rundown on what needs to be checked at this interval? Also for the neck bearings, where and how do you grease them? I dont see any zirk fitting like my 2010.

I know he needs a manual and Im trying to find one online to download. Appreciate any info.

Looks like he has mounting plates running along each side of fork stem. Do these need to be removed?
He has a 21 inch font tire if that means anything.

I hope he has his manual on order! He will find it invaluable when the time comes to start servicing his bike - as will you if you are helping him!!!! :icon_toast:
