whining noise in third gear
 

I have a 2004 road glide and i am hearing a shrill sound when i am in third gear. It disappears when i shift to another gear. The engine has 36,000 miles and the maintenance has been spot on time every time. The sound seems to be coming from the front of the bike. Just heard it today after my ride and i'm curious. Working too much to get any more investigation done on it just thought i would put a thread out. Help appreciated.
