While I don't have a police edition bike, there are some differences. Yes, you will be able to put on a different seat. Keep in mind these bikes don't come with cruise control( Pretty sure about this), but I'm pretty sure it is possible to add/modify. If the 2015 is anything like the previous years you're gonna have some extra red buttons on your controls. I'm sure there are some more things that police bike owners will chime in on. There is also a website called" Retired police Bikes .com " or something like that with tons of info, Good luck!! It's good to be king!!!!

magnum...you can put the stock seat on, but why? the police saddle attached to the adjustable shock is the most comfortable seat that HD makes...ask any solo officer. my '09 police 103 differs from the civilian 103 in compression only (thicker head gasket?)

Here are a bunch of photos I posted on RPB when the 14s came out.

Biggest change I would say between civilian and police RKs is that the speedo is mounted between the bars and the tach is on the tank.

I attached the base specs for your bike if you don't have them already. The way "pursuit" bikes work is Harley has base specs and the big departments can spec additional items for their fleets. I've owned a o4, 06 and now a 09 for the past 6 years. You can mount any civilian seat, just need to take all the air seat stuff off and add the fender screw set-up, pretty simple. If you have specific questions, there are many forum riders that have owned cop bikes and you'll probably get them answered pretty quick.
