I went to Lowes and bought 2 kits of Herculiner bed liner. Durable. $70 per kit. I was more than enough for the floor and the drop down gate.

I did one that wasn't enclosed with implement black and a Case orange stripe down the middle, sprinkled play sand over the paint after applied. Still looked and gripped good when I sold it 6 years later. I didn't do anything to prep the plywood, just painted it.

They sell those colors in gallon cans at farm and fleet.

I like rubber tread plate. They call it RTP. Water proof and ship resistant. Holds up very well.

I found a really good site for cargo trailers. Cargotrailerguide.com has a lot of brands and dealers listed. The user cargo trailer reviews will help keep you away from the bad factories.

If you want to get one that will hold up good, look at Arising Cargo Trailers. The build frames with all tubing. There are some others on cargotrailerguide but don't remember off hand.

This is what we have in ours that we carry our antique bikes in.

I put the 3 aluminum strips the same width as the tires on the Servi-Car to keep the bike from possibly moving the rubber.<br/>

1964 H-D Servi-Car in front, 1924 Ner-a-Car on the left, 1958 Cushman Eagle on the right.

Oh...and to the person who said trailers are for boats, they are also for antique motorcycles that travel thousands of miles to shows.

If you don't mind black, Herculiner is a real nice product. I bought two kits from Lowes for about $70 a piece. It's durable and I hose the trailer out.

I used black and white vinyl flooring.
Working out great for me.
Hand painted the ramp. Extra sand in the black for traction.

And motorcycles, ATV's, Trikes, Snowmobiles, Show Cars, Race Cars, Antique Motorcycles, etc, etc , etc. Ohh that's right, I'm sure you are way to macho to ever put your bike in a girley trailer like some of us have to.
