Touring Link with Power Tune Duals

Does anyone have this combo? I thought I read something on here about a way to make it work so that I could use this combo on my 03 Ultra but I can't find it now.

Who has it?
How did you make it fit?
Did it work long term or did it cause a failure of one of the components?

Looks like you just need to modify the one bracket.
