I'm wanting to do the same thing to my 09 Street Glide. I like that factory wheel as good as most after market wheels out.

are you calling your 2012 'older'? if so, putting enforcers on there would be a direct bolt on, unless you're going abs>non abs (or vice versa). then you'd have to switch bearings, but otherwise its an easy do.

Found a set of the Enforcers on the HD Forum Classified section.

Remember, they will work on the '07 and older bikes, but require the bearings to be changed to the 1" bearings (or change the axle to the 25mm axle) and the brake calipers to be changed to the Brembo's. The '08 and older bikes can't use the rear wheel.

Here is my '08 EGC. It is a direct bolt on for the '08+ bikes as long as the bearings are correct for the bike (abs or non-abs). The dealer that I had the bearings changed at argued with me it wouldn't fit on my '08. It was fun riding it back in there and showing them it did with ease.

I could be wrong and excel at doing so but unless I am mistaken, you would only have to change bearings if your bike already has ABS and the set you got does not? I have the Enforcer on my 01 and not a problem at all. Went with a Klockwerks Wrapper fender and looks quite nice IMO and anyone that stops to talk about my bike, which is any time I stop.

Enforcer wheels fit bikes back to '09. We haven't seen any on 'older' bikes yet!
