My '08 is 2 post up from yours with an Enforcer on it. I wouldn't consider it "older" but it is older than '09.

Not to contradict an expert Graham but see post above yours. Then again, not sure what my Indy did and a bit too early to call him.

The '97-'07 bikes require the Brembo brake calipers from the '08+ bikes to be installed as well as either putting the 1" axle bearings in the Enforcer wheel or swapping over to the 25mm axle that is in the '08+ bikes.

Here's one on my 05, with a Native Baggers fender drop kit added. As mentioned, I had to swap to the later axle and retained the later bearings.

How bad was the install of the fender drop kit? I've been looking at getting one for mine.

I opted for the weld in kit, which required a repaint of the fender. As far as the actual install, I put some tubing on top of the tire. Bolted the brackets on and set the fender down on top of the tube. Eyeballed it until I was happy with it and clamped it in place. Took it off, welded it up and off to the painter. They make a bolt in kit, but you have to drill the rivets out and it's harder to do than you might think.

I wouldn't think drilling out the rivets would be all that hard with good bits. I just don't want to have to repaint it.

I like how the Native Baggers Kit levels the fender and makes it look stuffed.
