Hi I have a 06 carbed road king with the older se slip ons, the ones stamped for off road use. I would like to get a deeper exhaust sound. I was wondering if anyone knew how the full boar slip ons with the 2" baffles would compare? or should I go with the 2.5" baffles. thanks

 

SE has sold dozens of different slip ons over the past 30 years- is there a part number stamped?

full boar are pretty good pipes for a good price.. there is a vid on youtube where a guy shows what it sounds like with the stock exhaust and then with the full boar with different baffles

 

I've been running the Full Boar slip ons for a couple years with the 1.75 baffles... I changed from the SE to this so I can repack the baffles, they do have a deeper rumble compared to the SE that I originally put on my 06 when it was new.

 

thanks for the reply's, I don't have the bike at home so I don't have a part number. Does anyone know in general what size baffles were put in se slip ons? I was thinking the full boar 2 " would probably work for me. I watched the video on you tube. His bike was a lot newer maybe a 103 and fuel injected. my 06 rk has had no work done other than a stage 1. I do plan on the 07 cam plate upgrade with Andrews 21 cam.
