Default 2006 FLHTCUSE Horsepower/cam options

Good day Riders. I am looking for some expert advice with regards to an issue that I am trying to resolve. I have just had my 103 cu.in. engine reconditioned by a HD mechanic. While discussing the work that he performed he mentioned that there were "3 spring sets" used on my intake and exhaust valves. According to the information that I have checked; only 2 valve springs were used on each valve for the 103 engine. I purchased the bike used; (2009, approx. 2000 miles) and was told by the previous owner that the engine was stock. Was there a possibility that there was a horsepower/cam option for that motor that I am unaware of? I checked different sites but can find no information on a cam or horsepower option that would require the valves to use 3 springs. The mechanic did not pull the camshafts out to look at their number.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
G

No power options, plain and simple, it isn't stock if it has springs like you describe. I think the previous owner may be full of ****. Only real way to know is look at the cams.

You are correct, it is a 2006 Screamin Eagle Ultra Classic which is 103, the 110 didn't come until the 2007 MY.
