Looking to get a dash pad with GPS mount for my 2009 Electra glide but didnt know if I could still use my 3 pocket windshield pouch and was looking to see if anyone else has this setup and if it works

 

I have this but, the harley dash pad 3 pouch turns into a two pouch as the left side one snaps off to allow clearance for the GPS mount

 

Does the pouch fit ok above the dashpad or does it stick up out of the windshield further, do you leave the left side pouch on when gps isnt there? do you have any pics?

I want to get the gps off of the handlebars and thought this might be a good solution

Yes, it works,
I have an 09 Ultra and wanted to get the zumo off the handlebar and it`s a good solution to mount a dashpad with GPS, but it`s getting pretty tight and the flap isn`t easy to open and close

 

I picked up the Klockwerks NavBag and like it better than the 3 pocket bag I had.
