2014 Rushmore Street Glide triple tree wind deflector
Any of you guys try the small half moon triple tree wind deflector on the 2104 and up Street Glide? This part http://www.kuryakyn.com/products/179...wind-deflector
I installed a 10" windsplitter shield and it works great. I still have some turbulent wind trying to lift my shirt up and shakes my glasses a bit. Just wondering how this works on the Rushmore Street Glides?
I called Klock Werks about a different shield and after talking to them they thought my shield was not the issue. They asked if I had the half moon looking deflector.

I put one on my '15 limited Low. Not an earth shattering difference, but a difference.
Worth the money.

My 2000 Ultra came with the fork air baffle as stock equipment.
I also added the chrome air (fangs) deflectors, as well as the air deflectors to the lower part of the batwing fairing.
Combined, these seemed to give me very good wind protection, and for cooler weather riding, I also added the National City hand wind deflectors.
I started using the "fangs" on my '92 Heritage and the best way to describe how they will work for a Heritage rider is this:
If you do NOT have the "fangs" on you Heritage now, ride your bike to 50-60 MPH. Take your left arm and fold it across your chest and notice the difference in the amount of wind coming up your chest towards your face.
This is what the "fangs" will do, but in addition, they do look mighty fine on your bike!
