Default Where Can I Buy Molex Pins

I want to replace the crimp on Molex Blade connectors on the main wiring harness. When pulling the wires thru the Yaffes some of them got bent. Not sure if the HD dealer sells these or if I have to get them somewhere else.

Any ideas on a good source?

Probably the dealer. Or possibly Frey's if you have them.

But, IMHO,,.yours don't look damaged enough to warrant replacement. clean them up, straighten the bent ones carefully, and you should be fine.

HD sells them, they range from $.25-.35 each. Pricey but in a pinch that's ok. There's a place locally here to me but they have a website "JAMECO" I bought like 25 each of male and female for less than $3.00 I think. It's been a while and I don't have the book and don't remember the part number. The catalog is at my office at work.
I now need to find the Duetsch terminals, HD are $.50 each.

Those little bends won't hurt anything. Just gingerly straighten them out so when they are inserted back into the plug they mate up well with the female plug.

As said, Harley has them. You can get them online from places like Digikey, Allied, Mouser etc. but typically with a large minimum buy. I actually bought my last ones from Amazon.

Do these require a special type of crimping tool or will the standard type crimpers do the job? It looks like you just remove some of the wire shielding, stick it thru and crimp with no soldering? Is this correct?

Yes that's correct there is no soldering. I don't know what you mean by standard type crimpers, they have to have the slots to crimp and roll in the ends on the wires without distorting the pin. You have a pic of your crimpers to post? I'll get one of mine if you don't.

Thanks, those look familiar. I have 4-5 crimpers so I'm sure it will work. I sure hope the HD dealership is open tomorrow so I can get the wires done and get the bars on.
