Identifying a Stage 2 on a Ultra Limited

Identifying a Stage 2 on a Ultra Limited
Shy of talking to the previous owner, is there any way of telling what exactly has been modified on a bike? I bought a new-to-me 2010 Ultra Limited over the weekend and it has an aftermarket exhaust with no markings that I can see. Would anyone here be able to identify what exhaust this is or walk me through ID'ing it? Dealer said it has a Screaming Eagle air filter and the trunk had a Screaming Eagle programmer. Just curious to see what was done to it.

There may be an item number stamped on top of the muffler under the saddlebag where the muffler bolts to the bike. Normally this area isn't covered with the heat shield so if you remove the bag you may be able to see it. You could google the part number to see if something comes up. Good luck

I know the pics probably don't show much unfortunately. As far as exhausts go, this one isn't too overly loud but louder than stock. Mellows out nicely once you get past 3rd gear. I'll try taking the bag off to see if there are any identifying marks and take a better pic.

To be perfectly honest, I'm not sure that it's a Stage 2. The dealer mentioned that it has a Screaming Eagle air filter and seeing that it has an aftermarket exhaust and the tuner in the trunk, I was told it would have to be at least a Stage 2 since a Stage 1 doesn't necessarily need a tuner.
How would you go about looking at the tune? Sorry if that sounds like a silly question.

You or the Dealer will have to hook up the tuner to the bikes ECU and then to a laptop computer with a set of HD cables made for the tuner. Once that is accomplished if you know what to look for you can see if the standard ECU program from the Factory has been over written. If that's beyond your capabilities, let the Dealers Tech Dept. do it. It won't take 15 minutes total time but they'll probably ding you for a full hour of labor, maybe just a half, maybe none if you know the Dealer well enough.

Just be sure to take the SE Tuner with you.
