Well, I'm confused. Here in Idaho vehicles that weigh less than 1500 lbs don't have to be in compliance with EPA. They aren't even required to be tested. Perhaps that will change. I hope not.

 

Where did you get that Idea? Please prove your statement. Just because there is no test does not mean you are exempt from federal regulations.

 

I just read the full article and have to wonder if they will go after Fuelmoto, TTS, Thundermax, Power commander and the other little guys that make tuners. It's got to be expensive to fight the EPA. Are we on the verge of seeing the shutdown of the tuner business ?

 

He is in Idaho. It's been my experience that those in Idaho could give a rats *** about the federal government or its regulations ! LOL ! I love it there.
