Default 07 Road Glide - Radio/Audio Issue... Can't Hear $#!%

My radio says it's working... it'll say it's playing a CD track, or that it has a radio station tuned in, but there's no audio. I notice this started when I got this particular icon on the screen. It won't go away no matter what I do or what I reset, and there's nada out of the speakers. It seems the icon insinuates there's headphones or something plugged in... but I ain't got nothing plugged into that little AUX port.

Any ideas?

TIA!

At least you have power to the radio unit.

My '13 CVO Ultra radio "died" earlier this year and it had to be returned to the manufacturer for repair.

Do you have headphones or can you borrow a set to see if volume will work with them?

One of my friends has an '06SG and his radio has been out for a long time. He said that he used to be able to shut the ignition off and the radio would come back on for a while so now he just used an iPod.

My next suggestion would be to check all of your fuses and if that looks good, pulling the outer fairing to check for loose wires or connectors.

Some dealers have refurbished units on hand but lucky me (having a CVO) none were available.

It may be time to consider an upgraded aftermarket unit.

Aux Jack is an input not an output for headphones.

If it's an ultra, it seems the radio thinks you have a headset hooked up. Make sure the wires going to the headset jacks aren't damaged, pinched, debris in the plug. Iron Cross does radio repairs.

Make sure your speaker control rocker switch is in the rear position and you should be good. By doing this, you should see the headphone icon go away. I clipped the part you need to look at below. But the llnk for the information is:
