Default Rear Fender Removal

I'm looking to swap out fenders on a 14 Limited. Has anyone done this? Can I do it on the jiffy stand without removing shocks or wheel?

Thanks,

On my 2012 RK I swapped out my rear fender and did not touch the wheels and did it all on the jiffy stand.

Same with my 16 St Gld Spec. Didn't have to remove anything.

My Street Glide fender is scratched. Need to pull it off to get it repaired. I'm handy and have the tools. How long should it take?
