Does anyone know if the headlamp and passing lamps from a 2013 Ultra fit a 2008 Ultra? I just thought it might save me the trouble of taking them apart to see if someone knew.

Yes. I am running a headlamp from a 2014 in my 08. Had to rewire the plug but with the 2013 you might not have to.

 

Runnig a dual halogen headlight out of a 12 (I think) in my 07. No rewiring needed but I did get the harness to run highs and lows at the same time. 13 wiring should wire the same, 14 was the year of change/ when Rushmores came out.
I have no experience swapping out the spots but don't see why they wouldn't work as well.

Do be aware that there is a difference in headlight buckets between standard, dual halogen and led. I don't recall exactly but I think the dual bulb won't fit in a standard bucket but the led may fit in a dual bucket. Do some research before you commit.
