I have the Harley extended floorboards.
I don't believe standing on them would be a problem due to weight, but unlike my old rice burner they are simply too far forwards to make standing practical.
I have found the best I can do is push off to unweight sufficiently to shift in the seat or lessen the impact of expansion joints or other road imperfections.
