New handle bars for my Road King?
I have a 2017 Road King with the stock bars and they cause pain in my hands, arms, neck and shoulders, they suck. I would like to replace them with bars that are comparable with the bars I have on my Tri Glide but I'm not sure that will work, this old man needs some help, would like to replace them with stock Harley bars, any suggestions ?

Welcome to the forum
Most people, like me, go with the heritage style handlebars for the Road King. They don't require any wiring extensions or longer brake lines or clutch cable. It made all the difference in the world for me.
However looking a the link below is confusing so I would look for clarification. It says provides three inches of pullback over original but then it also says they are the same size as the original equipment????

There are a million options but most require additional hoses, cables, and wiring extensions to work so watch for that.
Good luck making your choice.
Before someone else says it, try the search function in the forum. There many threads on the crappy Road King handle bars.

Thanks for your replies, I looked at the Heritage Classic on line and the bars seem to be about the same height as my Road Kings. Except they look like the handles are turned down and pulled back a little which is what I find comfortable for me. I'm going to go to the Harley dealer and see if they'll let me sit on a Heritage, to see how those bars feel to me.

Have apes on my Road King but that requires new cables/wire extension. Put Wild1 515 bars on my Road Glide and very nice without any other modifications. Bars are like seats, tires, oil or anything else and you can get plenty of suggestions. Wild1's site has plenty of information, more than most companies and they are great to talk to on the phone.

They claim to be if the 17's are the same as the 16's but they are anything but comfortable. I absolutely hated them on my 16.
To the OP's original question as to what bars from harley fit look at the road glide bars. They have a similar knurling spacing on the bottom where the clamp is and have a different rise and pullback. I have a set of take off's from a pre-rushmore that I got for $20 plus shipping. I traded the 16 but I might try them on my 10 king. Then there are some mini apes that may also solve that dreaded wrist angle of the stockers.
