Default 2012 StreeGlide - Electrical Buzzing Sound when aplying Brakes

2012 StreetGlide - When I use the brakes, either front or rear, I get what seams like an Electrical Buzzing Sound when applying either brake. It was happening for a while, a few weeks, then it goes away. It came back again and is louder this time. Harley says my bike is not on the recall list for the rear bike brake switch. It does it when either brake front or back is applied.

You might be hearing air in the rotor holes as it goes under the brake pads. The sound is a fast buzzing sound that goes away once you're stopped. Some pads are worse at it than others.

My 09 Sg started doing this as soon as I put drilled rotors and aftermarket pads on it. Sounds like a bunch of bees or as you say electrical buzz. Sometimes worse then others. Probably a different problem then yours, just my experience. Others on here have stated the same issue. Good luck on finding your problem.

It makes the sound when applying the brakes when I'm stopped and not moving.

I've never had a bike with ABS, but there's a module of some sort, no? Maybe the sound is coming from there.

If it does it with either front or rear when you're stopped, could you just tie the front break lever to the grip while parked and look for where the sound is coming from?

My GUESS would be a relay if one is used. Just throwing it out there.
