Default 09' RKC Rear blinker assembly

Is the rear Blink Assembly typically loose enough to move around?
While cleaning the Bike last night I noticed that I could easly move the rear blinker assmbly like it was loose where it bolts into the finder. Assume this is not normal? Have not had the bike that long but think I would have noticed it before if this was normal.

How is it mounted to the finder? Do I have to remove the wheel to tighten it?

Look under the rear finder and you will see 2 bolts that hold the assembly on.
I would put the bike on a jack and get the rear tire off the ground, that will give you more room to work, then tighten.

you can reach up unless you have forearms like Popeye- just leave it on the ground.

BUT get a Pal to eyeball level for you
