I have a 13 FLHTK big blue pearl/ vivid black. My rear fender is only blue and I was looking up part number for a replacement fender online. 59579-12djo describes fender as 2 tone blue/black with pinstripes. When I look up part number with online dealers the description is only big blue pearl. No mention of 2 tone. Anyone have a 2 tone rear fender on a 13 FLHTK?

 

i'm going to make an assumption here. the color codes for the tourpacks should be the same as the color codes for other items. but, i'm going to caveat it with, 'check with your dealer'.

djo: big blue pearl solid
djp: big blue pearl with blue/medium silver inner/outer pinstripe
djq: big blue pearl/vivid black with dark blue/medium silver pinstripe

 

That makes sense. I refer to Ronnies HD part finder which list the rear fender part # as 59579-DJO and says its blue/ vivid black with pinstripes. The front fender uses the code DJR.
I google 59579-DJR but no such number only 12DJO for solid color rear fender. I will ask the local parts dept next time I go.
