Getting my 2009 Road King tank painted. Thought I may entertain the thought of a different badge. Has anyone put a Softail or Dyna Badge on a Touring Bike with success? There are a couple Softail versions I like. The chrome bar and shield of the 2008 Rocker C was one, and the Breakout badge was another. They are not that tall or long so I am wondering if they would easily affix to a Touring tank.

 

More than likely, this is gonna be trial and error...what I did was run over to the dealer, take a badge from stock, and tried it. It worked, although the P and A catalog said it wouldn't.
