I put a 200K deposit down on a bike in 1998, with a written contract specifiying when bike would arrive model, color etc. bike never came, dealer tried to sub. with a different model, I refused delivery they refused refund. said wait until next model year. MOCO told me too bad, independant dealers can operate as they see fit. Had to have an attorney send a letter threatening law suit to get my money back.
