Tour pack quick disconnect with led bag lights

Yes... I have the tombstone LEDs in the slots on my RGU and with the tour-pack off the indicator blinks fast, but the actual blinkers are blinking normal. Check your BCM codes, you’re probably getting b2151 & b2156, I am. It is because the rear LED turn signals pull so little current the BCM sees the circuit as open or like a bulb may be burned out. I plug the tour-pack back in and all is good again. I don’t even worry about it.

Try running your 4 way flashers for about a minute after removing the tour pack. Supposedly, that puts the BCM into a sort of "learn mode" that will eventually accept the lower resistance as normal. I had to do that when I switched the rear lights on my 14 SGS to LED bulbs.
My 16 UC has LED's everywhere already so removing the tour pack doesn't make much of a difference.

OP, disregard my previous post. After trying what these guys suggested to get the turn indicator to flash normal, and it not working, I pulled my seat and started really trouble shooting. My configuration, I have the ElectraGlow Keystone LED’s in the slot between the fender and bags. Also the tour-pack is off and hanging on the wall. I figured out I get the codes because the Elctra Glo Keystone do not flash when the system arms. Also when using the 4way-flashers in Acc mode just the front blinkers flash (not the rear), but the Rear blinkers do flash if the start switch is in Ignition mode... so in those two situations when the tour pack is off and the rear Keystones don’t flash, it is going to kick a code... If I put the tour pack back on and plug it up, then all is fine and codes go away... because in those two situations where the Keystones do not flash, the ones in the tour-pack do flash and the system is happy. I have a buddy who added the Keystones (without doing a quick disconnect kit to his tour pack because he never takes the tour-pack off) and his Keystone lights operate the same as mine... just clarifying so I don’t cause more confusion, what I thought was causing the fast flashing of the turn signal indicator (and kicking codes) was wrong. Curious if doing what the other guys suggested fixed your problem...
