Default Turbo or supercharger

I have a 107 built by Tman performance and I’m thinking of either adding a turbo or supercharger this winter. Tman recommended a CMP turbo. Anyone here have either a turbo or a supercharged bike that they can comment on. I posted this in the mechanical section but it seems that doesn’t get much attention.

Superchargers don't have turbo lag, but that depends on the size of the turbo as to how much you will get. SC usually don't make as much power as turbo's. I have worked with both & am more partial to the turbo's. But that depends on how you ride also.

Whatever ya do, be sure ya get it set up correctly. I’m guessing your 107 may have more compression and cam than Street forced induction is gonna like?? Getting it put together and tuned by someone who knows what they are doing is more important than supercharger or turbo.

No brainer - Turbo. It's a bike... SC takes power to spin, fixed gear ratios for boost, in the space afforded on a bike you won't have the volume.

I'll have Tman do it. I'm happy with his work. I was going to go to a 124 but just wanted something different that's all. I think the CMP turbo looks good and from what I've read they are top notch. I was just hoping to hear from people who had a turbo or supercharger on there bike and how they liked it. I had one on a Kawasaki GPZ750 back in the day and it was fun. I also have twin turbos on my car but I know it's a totally different beast
