I absolutely loved the Road King Special when it came out but still wanted a fairing. When H-D came out with the 18 models and I saw the Specials I was floored. I love the SGS and the RGS and would have been happy with either but ended up with a SGS. I had a new black 09 SG and a new black 14 SGS and one more twin cam that were all great motorcycle. This M8 SGS has really stepped up the game some despite some problems that owners are having.
Here's mine - have added the Heavy Breather and the High Flow exhaust along with the Stage 3 and the SE Tuner and Smart Tune module. I have the curved license place to install as soon as my registration is switched to my old plate. Also have the black docking hardware and found a new style cover for it that covers the little bit of chrome on it and my chrome sissy bar is being blackened now. Have my 6.5 Klock on, black highway pegs and axle covers. Need to get the black Daymaker headlight, black shifter rod and found a custom black replacement saddle bag latch. Have 1100 miles on the motorcycle and 300 on the Stage 3. Loving it.

Haven't seen many RGS on here.
So far, I've only added V&H Eliminator 400s and V&H VO2 Rogue air cleaner. I also have the rider and passenger seat backs in black and the curved license plate bracket. I'm looking to add some highway pegs and some 10"-12" apes. I don't want to go too big, nothing above my shoulders, I still want it to be decent on the highway. Anyone got any good pics of 10"-12" bars on an RG?

I really like your bike. I have very similar mods, so of course I like it. How is that shield? I have the 7" wind splitter, and it is splitting the wind right into my face. I am 5' 7" and using 10" Yaffee bars, so I'm sitting pretty much straight up. I've been thinking about trying the Klock Werks, but wasn't sure on the height or amount of tint. Yours looks perfect, but in your photos it looks taller than my 7"?

So far added 18' bars, Stage 1 , complete exhaust system no cat , two to one Python exhaust . Exotic Air ride with the control buttons in the dash .
